Job summary

Werben HR is seeking a DevOps Engineer (Azure) for a fully remote LATAM role with a prominent American client. You will design, build, and maintain scalable Azure infrastructure, implement IaC, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments and release processes.

Collaborating with international teams, you will troubleshoot production issues and uphold security practices. Strong English communication, Docker, Kubernetes, and incident management are essential.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure services and architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting Azure infrastructure issues and handling production incidents in cloud environments.
  • Strong incident management skills, including issue diagnosis, prioritization, communication, and coordination with technical teams.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
  • Solid scripting skills using Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell.
  • Working knowledge of Linux servers and system administration.
  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and hands-on experience with Ansible.
  • Experience managing or working with Nexus Repository Manager.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of change management processes and best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate during incident response, troubleshooting sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure in Azure. This position is for a prominent American client, offering the opportunity to work closely with international teams in a dynamic and demanding environment. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, along with advanced English communication skills.

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong hands‑on experience in Azure troubleshooting and incident management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable diagnosing and resolving complex production issues, have excellent problem‑solving abilities, and possess outstanding English communication skills to effectively interact with international teams during incident resolution and operational support.
