Job summary

Facility Services Management Inc. is seeking a PT SSP Operator II to blend precision in thermal process control with rigorous decontamination safety. You will monitor TEDS units, record readings, and ensure compliance with safety policies while supporting engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience.
• Able to learn, follow instructions and work well with others.
• Communicate technical information effectively with team and customers.
• Possess or be able to obtain a NACI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, notify and document all activities for the TEDS Units.
• Comply with the TE-29 Teds Surveillance Technician Procedure Manual.
• Perform visual equipment checks and inspections, monitor batch cycles and take readings on equipment.
• Record daily water meter readings of the facility.
• Visually inspect spaces and utility systems for compliance.
• Initiate deficiency logs and deviation documents and follow up with service orders.
• Report Level 1 alarms or utility failures to Security Control Center.
• Monitor alarms and readings on TEDS units, HVAC and steam pressures.
• Perform routine inspections on decontamination equipment for safety.
• Maintain records of decontamination cycles, equipment performance and actions.
• Work with engineering, safety, and operations to optimize decontamination processes.
• Follow government manuals for surveillance and recording.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
