About the team

This is a uniquely hands‑on, high‑impact production environment. You'll work alongside a cross‑functional group of engineers and technicians solving complex thermal, structural, and systems‑level challenges at production scale — not just one‑off prototypes. We are actively growing the team and investing in tooling, automation, and process improvements (including station health platforms and CI initiatives) to support Kuiper's ambitious launch cadence.

If you're excited about spacecraft hardware, thrive in a fast‑paced production environment, and want to directly contribute to connecting tens of millions of people to broadband, this is the team for you.
