Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Plano, TX is seeking a data analyst/ETL specialist to support the PDMART application. The role requires strong SQL/SSIS skills and 5+ years of experience in complex SQL development and data analysis.

The position focuses on ETL processes, data validation, exception management, and reconciliation reporting, with opportunities to optimize and modernize business processes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data analysis solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and SSIS.
• Experience supporting ETL processes, data validation, exception management, and reconciliation reporting.
• Experience needed to effectively support the PDMART application.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions using SSIS.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
