Job summary

Hadrius is seeking a Site Reliability Engineering Lead to own infrastructure, security and platforms in a fast-growing NYC office. You will lead from the front, turning infrastructure and security projects into revenue while collaborating with the founding team.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong cloud and Kubernetes expertise, and a focus on scalable, secure systems. Expect a high-growth startup environment with limited meetings and autonomous teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related professional experience.
• Organized and clear communicator with a penchant for solving problems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Terraform, AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• First week: push your first PR to production.
• Understand Hadrius core problems, ICP, value proposition and roadmap.
• Learn the Hadrius way and how we work for high growth.
• Get up to speed on EKS infrastructure, security stack and CI/CD processes.
• First month: implement a feature that directly leads to new revenue.
• Lead from the front and unlock GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance.
• First 3 months and beyond: become the de facto owner of Hadrius infrastructure and deployments.
• PMs, CSMs, Sales and Founders know you are the go‑to person.
• Train and hire new team members as you scale your impact.
