Job summary

Aleroy builds a unified platform for high‑performance AI inference. We seek a hands‑on SRE leader to own reliability, scalability, and operational maturity across our backend stack.

You will define standards, collaborate with Engineering, Platform, and Product teams, and drive security‑conscious architectural choices to keep services resilient at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SRE, DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability stacks.
• Strong scripting/programming in Python, Go, Bash, and experience with Linux and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure reliability, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD automation, and observability.
• Implement SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets while leading incident response and blameless post-mortems.
• Embed security best practices and drive architectural decisions across infrastructure.
