Mastercard in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Site Reliability Engineering Intern for Summer 2027. You will learn to support production readiness, work with cloud platforms, and partner with engineers to build resilient services.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Experience with programming/scripting (Python, Go, Bash, or similar), Linux/Unix systems, and foundational networking concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and automation tools.
• Understanding of system monitoring, observability, application reliability, troubleshooting, and performance optimization concepts.
• Exposure to tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Jenkins, Bitbucket, PCF, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative team environment.
• This role is not eligible for Mastercard’s work authorization sponsorship.
