HappyGlobal Service is seeking a hands-on SRE/DevOps engineer to deliver and maintain cloud infrastructure, including compute, network, and storage in a US-based setting. You will keep Kubernetes stable, lead Tier 2 incident handling and RCA, and participate in on-call rotations.

You will implement DevSecOps and enforce security governance for the US environment. Responsibilities include observability improvements, SLIs/SLOs, and IaC management with Terraform.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software, Information Security, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience in systems operations, SRE, or DevOps.
• Proficiency in Linux, Networking (TCP/IP), Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with IaC (Terraform) and scripting (Python/Go/Shell).
• Strong ownership of system reliability; able to perform root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work on-site in the US and support on-call rotation.

• 3. Note: All on-call arrangements, including standby allowances and compensation, are fully compliant with FLSA and applicable California labor laws.
• 4. Optimize observability systems (monitoring/alerting) and define SLIs/SLOs.
• 5. Implement DevSecOps and local security policies. This US-based role owns the engineering implementation and operations of security governance within the US environment.
• 6. Manage infrastructure using IaC (Terraform) standards.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software, Communications, Information Security, or related field is preferred. Equivalent professional work experience will be fully considered in lieu of a formal degree.
• 2. 3+ years of experience in systems operations, SRE, or DevOps.
• 3. Proficiency in Linux, Networking (TCP/IP), Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• 4. Experience with IaC (Terraform) and scripting (Python/Go/Shell).

Pay Scale: $88,000 - $112,000 annual base salary
