Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one systems or backend language.
• Experience as a Production Engineer or SRE.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own production services from design to incident response.
• Lead incident response and drive post-mortem culture.
• Design and build observability frameworks.
• Build internal platforms held to engineering standards.
