Job summary

Wraithwatch is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to own the deployment backbone across federal and commercial deployments. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and on‑call readiness to keep 20+ environments running reliably and in sync.

This role demands designing for air‑gapped networks, strict compliance, and diverse topologies while scaling releases across dozens of deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in infra engineering, SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Strong experience with IaC (Terraform, Pulumi) and config mgmt (Ansible, Salt).
• Deep Linux systems knowledge.
• Experience building multi-environment CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS).
• Comfortable in regulated environments with limited access.
• Willingness to work extended hours for production issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines across 20+ federal environments in parallel.
• Own production deployments' operational health — monitoring, alerting, incident response, and post-mortems.
• Design infrastructure for air-gapped networks, strict compliance, and variable topologies.
• Build tooling for visibility into deployment state without manual inspection.
• Automate processes to scale across hundreds of environments.
• Collaborate with product engineers to ensure features deployable across all envs.
• Manage cloud infra (AWS, GCP) and on‑prem deployments as needed.
• Participate in on‑call rotations.
