AQEMIA, a Paris/London based drug discovery company, seeks an SRE to operate Aqemia’s cloud platform end-to-end. You’ll manage infrastructure as code, Kubernetes workloads, and cost controls while enabling secure, scalable scientific computing.

The role emphasizes GitOps automation, collaboration with data science and engineering teams, and a path toward productionized MLOps in a fast-growing environment.

Competenze

• 2–3+ years post-degree in platform/infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on AWS and infrastructure-as-code experience.
• Production Kubernetes with GitOps delivery expertise.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab).
• Cloud security practices and least-privileged access management.

Mansioni

• Own AWS infrastructure end to end, defined as code, using OpenTofu and Terragrunt.
• Operate and evolve Kubernetes workloads via GitOps and standard patterns.
• Improve platform reliability: observability, incidents, blameless postmortems.
• Manage cloud cost; produce monthly cost reports and capacity plans.
• Enforce security posture across the platform with patching and access controls.
• Build internal tooling and CI/CD to reduce friction for ML and science teams.
• Shape architecture and strategy via reviews and sprint planning.
