Job summary

Consolidated Edison Company of New York is seeking a Manager of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and AI IT Operations Platforms to lead strategy, implementation, and evolution of SRE, Observability, Digital Twin, Automation, and AIOps across the enterprise. You will drive modernization of IT Operations, Service Desk, NOC, Infra Ops, and incident response to improve reliability and MTTR.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with extensive related work experience.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience in IT operations.

• Manage budgets, MSP vendors, and roadmaps with governance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing SRE/AI team.
