Qualifications

• Theoretical and practical background in neuroimaging or neuroscience, or related field with advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to oversee daily operations of a research study and coordinate work of subordinate staff.
• Leadership skills to direct lab staff, undergraduates, graduates and postdocs; maintain SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Healthy Brain and Child Development (HBCD) SRA Team Lead, coordinating protocol implementation.
• Train staff on all protocol aspects and ensure protocol adherence and optimal scan results.
• Perform QC on study variables, visit completeness, and oversee shipping of biospecimens and IT-related needs.
• Coordinate with IT support and ensure systems meet study requirements and timelines.
• Support personnel matters, study navigation, grant deadlines, and lab operations.
