Job summary

On Our Own Services seeks a site maintenance technician to service the LA SALLE COUNTY REST AREA in Cotulla, TX. The role covers upkeep of buildings and systems, with daily tasks including plumbing fixes, light bulb replacements, painting, and carpentry.

Responsibilities include interior/exterior repairs, tile replacement, restroom hardware fixes, groundskeeping, and routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment and structures in good condition. Valid smartphone use is required.

Job Location: LA SALLE COUNTY REST AREA - COTULLA, TX 78014, Salary Range: $15.00, The site maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of buildings located on property and systems within those buildings. They will fix day-to-day issues like plumbing issues, and manage regular maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting, and carpentry.
