Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior WW Partner GTM Specialist to own the AI GSI go-to-market and drive worldwide partnerships with global systems integrators to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.

You will align cross-functional teams, influence senior executives, and develop scalable GTM programs that increase AI-driven ARR across the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

In this role, you will serve as the single-threaded owner of how AWS partners with global systems integrators — Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and others — to accelerate enterprise AI adoption. GSIs represent the primary delivery and implementation channel for enterprise AI workloads, and this role is responsible for helping definine the strategic framework, driving co-sell activation motions, and accelerating AI-attributable ARR through the GSI ecosystem.

This is a highly autonomous role that requires the ability to help create strategy and execute with minimal oversight. You will prioritize across dozens of GSI AI practices globally, and drive cross-organizational alignment with PDMs, Service GTM, field teams, and GSI alliance leaders. You will influence senior GSI executives at the Practice Lead, Managing Director, and CTO level to deepen AWS AI platform commitments and expand joint customer engagements.

A day in the life

• Develop and contribute to AWS strategy for Agentic AI partner GTM
• Drive consensus across service teams, field sales, partner management, marketing, legal, and partner program teams.
• Conduct analysis on AWS customer and partner adoption trends
• Work with a strategic Generative AI GSI partner to define and execute joint sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) programs.
• Drive a special project of strategic initiative across AWS highly matrixed organization
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare MBRs, 2x2 for leadership review. Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
• Build customer and field facing enablement materials including sales plays, decks, and solution briefs

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
