Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data & AI Partner GTM team is seeking a WW Partner GTM Specialist for Semantic Data to drive partner strategy and joint go‑to‑market with ISVs and Consulting partners building Semantic Data Layers, AI-ready data infrastructure, and agent frameworks.

Your leadership will influence product directions at AWS and help partners transform their business models for the AI & Data era, delivering scalable programs and market-ready content to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
  • 3+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
  • 3+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
  • Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.

A day in the life
  • Develop AWS strategy for Semantic Data partner GTM
  • Drive consensus across service teams, field sales, partner management, marketing, legal, and partner program teams.
  • Conduct analysis on AWS customer and partner adoption trends
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare MBRs, 2x2 for leadership review. Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Build customer and field facing enablement materials including sales plays, decks, and solution briefs

Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
