Description

Are you a customer-obsessed builder with a passion for helping customers achieve their full potential? Do you have the business savvy, tech background, and sales skills necessary to help position AWS as the cloud provider of choice for customers? Join the Data & AI team as a Go-To-Market Specialist focused on Search and AI!

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of intelligent search experiences powered by AI. As part of our Worldwide Specialist Organization, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for AWS's Search and AI services - including Amazon OpenSearch Service and related AI-powered search capabilities - helping customers unlock the value of their data through vector search, semantic search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and generative AI applications. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into business solutions that drive customer value across geographies and verticals.

Key job responsibilities

Lead GTM strategy and sales motions for AWS Search and AI services, orchestrating across sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption. Leverage deep domain expertise in search technologies and AI/ML to create best-in-class field enablement and sales programs. Support field teams in solution building for high-priority customers implementing intelligent search, RAG architectures, and AI-driven analytics. Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on the OpenSearch and Search AI roadmap. Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution. Represent AWS with thought leadership at industry events, conferences, and symposiums.

A day in the life

You'll start mornings reviewing pipeline metrics and customer adoption trends for Search and AI workloads. Mid-day involves collaborating with field teams on customer architectures, running enablement sessions, or joining customer calls to position OpenSearch and AI-powered search solutions. Afternoons are spent refining GTM programs, aligning with product teams on roadmap priorities, and developing scalable plays that the broader AWS field can execute independently.
