We are seeking a Senior Workday Reporting Analyst to design, build, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics that support data-driven decision-making across HR and the wider business. This role will partner closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Digital, and other areas of the business to translate reporting needs into scalable, accurate, and user-friendly solutions and will report to the Head of HRIS.

Candidate will be located at either Cabot location of Billerica, MA or Alpharetta, GA. The individual will participate in the current HybridWorking Arrangement program (Monday/Friday remote and Tuesday-Thursday in office).
