Qualifications

• 2+ years of functional experience with Workday HCM.
• Led 5+ Workday PATT deployments.
• Current or previous Workday HCM certification.

A Day in the Life:

As a Sr. Workday PATT Consultant (Part-Time), you’ll work on teams to deliver solutions to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

1. Accountability for the successful delivery of workshops with clients to gather, understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
2. Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices, specifically around Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
3. Building consensus around business processes and design.
4. Configuring the Workday application.
5. Understanding the broader business context.
6. Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the Skill Squad.
7. Mentoring and developing less experienced Consultants on the team.
8. Participating in Skillcentrix’s internal strategic priorities and projects.

What You Bring:

1. 2+ years of functional experience with Workday HCM.
2. Led 5+ Workday PATT deployments.
3. Experience configuring the Workday application.
4. Current or previous Workday HCM certification, including Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.
5. A passion for guiding, advising, and delighting clients.
6. A keen interest in the Talent and HR space.
7. Experience mentoring, developing, and/or managing less experienced Consultants.
8. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
9. Organizational skills.
10. Strong oral and written communication skills.
11. Curiosity, flexibility, tenacity, and being a team player.
12. College degree preferred.

Ability to travel up to 20% (travel is infrequent but does happen from time to time).
