The Senior Retail Sales Consultant (SR. RSC) is a high-performing sales professional responsible for assisting customers with product and service purchases at Prime. This role requires consistently delivering high-quality operations and excellent customer satisfaction, surpassing sales and operational targets. The SR. RSC also supports operational assignments and projects as assigned by management.
Sales Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed and understand monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain knowledge of the compensation plan, products, services, and promotions offered by Prime and competitors to deliver superior customer service.
- Implement behaviors and best practices to maximize sales and key metrics as directed by management.
- Inspire and engage peers by modeling expected behaviors.
- Problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Operations Responsibilities
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and best practices outlined in the employee handbook and company communications.
- Master all required systems and regularly review sales paperwork for discrepancies.
- Follow cash handling procedures to ensure accurate accounting and protect company assets.
- Report fraudulent activity promptly to leadership or relevant departments.
- Complete opening/closing checklists and communicate inventory issues timely.
- Safeguard codes, passwords, and proprietary assets.
- Maintain store appearance according to merchandising standards.
- Complete all training within the specified timelines.

Qualifications
- Clear communication skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude and technical aptitude
- Commitment to customer service, honesty, and integrity
- Retail sales experience helpful but not required
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Availability to work at least 32 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong social media presence preferred
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at multiple locations
- Ability to operate a computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax
- Maintain a professional appearance per Team Color policy
