Mobile Event Solutions is seeking an experienced Fabrication & Welding Shop Supervisor to lead the fabrication team and oversee daily shop operations. This hands-on role emphasizes quality workmanship, leadership by example, and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled welder/fabricator with strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fabrication and welding experience.
• Strong leadership abilities and teamwork.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of welders, fabricators, and shop personnel.
• Lead by example through active participation in welding and fabrication work as needed.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and shop specifications.
• Schedule work assignments and monitor production deadlines.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the fabrication process.
• Monitor material usage and communicate supply needs.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with management, customers, and project teams to ensure project success.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Commitment to producing high-quality work
• Positive attitude with a willingness to support and motivate team members
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
