What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members, assisting with system functionality and software products
- Analyze and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Lead application projects, including major upgrades and database migrations, while planning and assigning work to team members
- Monitor server performance and manage software updates to ensure continued functionality
- Develop and implement scripts to correct database issues and support project goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer information technology and a minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of related experience in a client-server environment
- Advanced technical knowledge of computer languages for managing server operating systems
- Experience with relational databases and Windows scripting languages
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Experience in managing Unix/Linux and Windows server environments
