Job summary

Snap-on in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced web developer to lead SBS project efforts from design through testing and deployment. You will collaborate with account professionals to define requirements, prepare design documents, and code in ASP.NET/C#, SQL Server, and related web technologies.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently or in teams, and adherence to SBS development procedures. Experience with Visio, Office tools, and IIS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web development experience.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, XML, and HTML.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Be an active participant on SBS Web Development Projects.
• Complete all tasks as assigned by Technology Manager.

Must follow all standards and development prodecures. The position reports to the SBS Technology Manager. Must be proficient in latest web technologies including ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, MS SQL 2000/2005/2008, IIS, XML technologies, JAVA Script, ASP, and html. Must have experience with Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel and Access applications. Strong oral and written communication is necessary.
