Job Details

Shift details | Full Time | Nights | Sunday 3:00pm until finish, Monday through Thursday 5:00pm until finish

Pay Rate | $23/hr (including shift differential)

Employment is subject to verification of pre hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receive, pick, and stage customer orders, manage returns, shipping, and organize inventory.
2. Verify received merchandise against shipment records, report discrepancies and defects.
3. Stock shelves and ensure materials are in designated areas.
4. Use RF devices for picking or packing stock and inventory tasks.
5. Assemble customer orders, identify quantities and specifications.
6. Enter orders and related data into the computer system.
7. Inspect returned items and return merchandise to proper shelves.
8. Complete daily inventory counts and research discrepancies.
9. Assist with inventory procedures as needed.
10. Perform controlled substance handling in appropriate environments.
11. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other motorized equipment as needed.
12. Assist in training new associates.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; plus at least one year of work experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

1. Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and labels.
2. Basic mathematical skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. Understanding of DC workflow; ability to work independently.
5. Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety standards.
6. Good judgment in following instructions.
7. Basic computer skills preferred.
8. Ability to work overtime and participate in physical inventories.
9. Team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
10. Certification and ability to operate power equipment may be required.
11. Hazmat training certification may be required.
12. Maintain good attendance.
13. Ability to train and assist colleagues.
