As a Vendor Manager, you will define the strategy for high-growth vendors providing services to Amazon Business's largest B2B customers. Your responsibilities include identifying vendor priorities, supporting expansion, establishing success criteria, and ensuring high performance standards. You will collaborate with Customer, Product, and Operations teams to align on goals. This high-visibility role requires senior executive communication and stakeholder influence across Retail, Operations, HR, Tech, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute vendor business development plans with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage daily operations, including customer/vendor feedback, pricing, and business improvements.
  • Set goals and strategic direction aligning with broader business objectives.
  • Represent Amazon in meetings with senior vendor executives and build strategic relationships.
  • Drive business improvements, innovation, and scaling initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration on systems and processes supporting business needs.
  • Innovate and implement new customer and vendor programs.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years in retail, operations, or business management/consulting with negotiation and results delivery experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional/military experience.
  • 4+ years of vendor management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing large data sets to improve performance and processes.
  • Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing, promotion, inventory, and product development.
  • Experience in logistics or field services operations.
