Job Summary

The Senior Vendor Manager for Technical Services holds a critical global role leading the governance, strategic optimization, and digital modernization of our Cortex & Cloud Technical Services Vendor Framework. This position is central to transforming our subcontractor ecosystem into a high-margin, outcome-based vended delivery engine. Reporting to the Workforce Planning & Delivery Intelligence Leader, you will lead end-to-end vendor lifecycle management—spearheading our global ecosystem rationalization and leading our enterprise VMS platform migration to Magnit. You will enforce strict commercial rate cards, standardize SOW/MSA frameworks, and hold strategic partners accountable through structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Partnering closely with regional Workforce Leaders, Finance, Legal, and Global Delivery, you will optimize demand forecasting, build strategic "warm bench" capabilities across GSIs and niche partners, and automate digital workflows to ensure scalable capacity that directly accelerates enterprise revenue targets.

Your Impact

Vended Services Model Transition: Drive the operational shift from transactional staff augmentation to outcome-based Vended Services, expanding subcontractor margin.

Ecosystem Optimization & Governance: Manage the global Cortex & Cloud vendor portfolio. Execute vendor ecosystem cleanup, establish standardized SOW/MSA templates, enforce rigid rate cards, and host Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners.

VMS Platform Migration: Serve as the primary business lead for the migration to Magnit VMS, streamlining onboarding, eliminating manual ELs/POs, and automating contract renewal tracking.

Capacity Planning & Bench Alignment: Own subcontractor demand forecasting in partnership with regional Workforce Leaders. Cultivate strategic "warm bench" capabilities across vendors to minimize Time to Staff and support custom pricing model execution (5% CFFP rate uplift).

Digital Workflow & Data Hygiene: Partner with Data and Shared Services leads to operationalize automated intake channels maintaining 100% data hygiene and skills tracking across PSA systems.

Cross-Functional Interlock: Partner seamlessly with Technical Services Leaders, PMO, Sourcing, Legal, and Finance to resolve resourcing bottlenecks, manage risk, and deliver transparent milestone reporting in Asana.

Your Experience

Domain Expertise: 6+ years of Professional Services Vendor Management experience in a high-growth Enterprise Software / SaaS company.

Vended Services & Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in transitioning vendor models from staff augmentation to outcome-based, milestone-driven SOW deliverables.

System & VMS Experience: Hands-on experience with Enterprise PSA tools (Clarizen/Planview) and Vendor Management Systems (Magnit/Coupa/Fieldglass).

Vendor Ecosystem Management: Demonstrated success auditing global vendor footprints, establishing standardized rate cards, and managing Global System Integrators (GSIs) and specialized niche partners.
