• Seeking a lifelong industry professional who is a Software Validation SME, not a typical validation person.
• Must understand "data integrity". Although this term may not be on resumes, a very senior candidate will know its meaning and be able to explain it easily.
• Must be hands-on. This role is not suitable for someone who is only a director or manager without recent hands-on validation experience and a solid understanding of data integrity.
• Will be traveling to partner sites with the Director to assess, plan, and implement validation strategies.
