We are currently seeking a US Technical Recruiter for a fully remote role based across PAN India.

- Strength in written and verbal communication and high detail for professional communication are critical 5-10+ Years in US and Domestic Technical Recruitment.
- This is a Corporate IT Recruitment role, recruiting internally for our internal roles and managed services teams.

Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Excellent understanding and strength in hitting KPI's
- Parsing specialized qualifications and skills for screening IT resumes
- Sourcing potential candidates via professional platforms
- Conducting task and job analysis for documenting job duties as well as requirements
- Staying aware of new technological products as well as the latest trends
- Promoting the reputation of our company and clients.
- Participating in tech meetups and conferences for networking with talented IT professionals
- Coordinating with team leaders for forecasting the hiring needs and setting the department goals
- Crafting and sending recruiting emails to passive candidates with current open jobs
- Performing pre-screening interviews to analyze the abilities of candidates
- Interviewing candidates using various techniques (e.g. technical assessments, behavioral and structured questions)
- Other duties as directed by leadership
Requirements
- MUST BE TECHNICALLY SAVVY, MUST BE TECHNICALLY KNOWLEDGABLE
- 7-10+ years prior experience as a US Technical Recruiter
- Must be experienced with W2, 1099, recruitment
- Must be well-versed in Visa and Work Authorizations
- Technical recruiters must maintain and carefully develop a high-quality pool of candidates suitable for technical roles.
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- A solid technical background is needed to understand as well as explain requirements for IT-related jobs
- Prior experience with conducting various types of interviews (e.g. structured, phone, Google Meet)
- Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with various sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean search, social media recruiting, etc.)
- Sound knowledge of all labor regulations and HR practices
- Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
