As a Sr UMR Strategic Account Executive, you'll create the strategic retention and growth plan for customers with the goal of serving and renewing accounts. You'll merge your business savvy and relationship skills to become an extension of the customer's business.
Position in this function is responsible for the development and maintenance of business relationships of assigned customers. Serves in a consultative capacity to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, contract renewal, revenue maintenance, and adding additional lines of business. Provides consultative input in the design of a customer's benefit plan(s) and health and welfare strategy through the relationships established with customers and brokers.

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. Role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
