Position Overview

The Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist (ULS CAS) provides technical and clinical support to healthcare providers for BWI diagnostic and therapeutic catheters and systems, focusing on AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters, to facilitate advanced cardiac procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training on AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters in EP and IC procedures.
  2. Educate customers on BWI products to optimize usage and share best practices.
  3. Use consultative selling to identify and develop sales opportunities.
  4. Create awareness of BWI solutions and facilitate contact with Territory Managers to drive sales.
  5. Support customer case planning and scheduling to maximize support capability.
  6. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.
  7. Develop and share best practices with colleagues and foster customer relationships.
  8. Stay current on product instructions, clinical literature, and industry trends.
  9. Respond to requests professionally, maintaining composure in high-stress situations.
  10. Engage in diagnostic dialogue and provide mentoring as needed.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years in clinical echocardiography lab.
  • Certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or RDCS.
  • Advanced knowledge of ultrasound, echocardiography, and EP technology.
  • Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% domestically.
  • Willingness to work in hospital settings, including wearing protective gear and lifting up to 60 lbs.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • EP/Cath Lab or cardiovascular device industry experience.
  • Certifications like CEPS, RCES, or RCIS.
  • Experience with complex technical systems and critical care settings.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and learn new skills.
