Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll be leading design projects from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. You’ll mentor junior designers, lead design discussions, and play a crucial role in shaping our design standards and systems. You will also collaborate with external stakeholders like product and engineering teams to deliver design solutions that meet business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Design
  • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for web and mobile applications, from discovery to product roll out.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple design solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives.
Design Skills
  • Conduct and synthesize user research to make informed design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to define user experiences.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of design systems and ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Advanced understanding ofUI design principles, including color theory, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Learning and Mentoring
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and how to apply them in design.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related.
  • 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating the design of B2B or Enterprise products.
  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma and FigJam, Miro or similar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
Additional Skills
  • Experience in healthcare or B2B enterprise would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS).
  • Experience in Agile or Lean UX processes.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design.
