Job Description

The Global Treasury team is responsible for all standard corporate Treasury functions required to support Visa, including daily settlement across Visa's issuing and acquiring clients. The team is currently undertaking a multi-year project to replace core systems involved in settlement, creating new reporting and analytics capabilities for colleagues across all regions: AP, CEMEA, Europe, LAC, and NA.

The Sr. Manager, Settlements Business Intelligence role will require a blend of technical, business, and communication skills to support Treasury's Global Operations, focusing on reporting, process improvement, and automation.

Essential Functions:

1. Enable insight-based, self-serviced, and forward-looking decision-making through rich, visually appealing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports.
2. Identify AI and process automation opportunities to enhance Treasury applications, reports, and workflows.
3. Develop predictive models for Settlement and Cash forecasting.
4. Manage ad hoc data requests, recognizing themes and developing new reporting capabilities.
5. Analyze large datasets, synthesize findings, and present conclusions to management.
6. Oversee bank fee data acquisition and analysis, maintaining related applications and reports.
7. Work effectively in a global environment, managing multiple requests and deadlines, and handling workload independently.

This is a hybrid position; days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 9+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 7+ with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ with a PhD.
• Strong skills in SQL, Power BI and/or Tableau, Excel.
• Experience in data analysis, visualization, and developing insights.
• Knowledge of R and/or Python for statistical and predictive analyses is a plus.
• Experience with Hadoop or large-scale databases is a plus.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and PowerApps, especially Power Automate.
• Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of the payments industry or financial data is advantageous.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies based on department needs.

Travel Requirements: 5-10% of the time.

Physical/Mental Requirements: Office setting; sitting, standing, communication, and standard office equipment use.
