What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide exceptional travel consulting services to clients, including arranging air, hotel, car, and limousine services
• Evaluate and support clients' travel needs while adhering to corporate policies and procedures
• Utilize the Sabre reservation system to finalize group bookings and manage logistics
• Negotiate favorable rates with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to enhance client offerings
• Address customer service issues directly with vendors to ensure optimal resolutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least eight (8) years of experience as a full-time travel agent with expertise in domestic and international travel
• Strong knowledge of the Sabre reservation system, including GDS formats, e-ticketing, and fare calculations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while providing exceptional service to clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
