Provide tier 1 logistic service provider support; tier 1 is defined as resolve and support root cause identification, day-to-day execution, resolution of challenges and opportunities, and customer implementation/disengagement.This position also involves management of financial components and deliver process improvements that drive efficiency and helps to ensure budget accountability and cost savings opportunities.
