Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY

As a Senior Transformation Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that create measurable impact and lasting organizational change. You'll partner with executives and frontline teams to align ambitious transformation projects with strategic goals, navigate complex dependencies, and deliver results in dynamic, evolving environments. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution—using data-driven insights, proven improvement methodologies, and strong relationship‑building to unlock organizational potential and drive sustainable performance gains.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment & Oversight
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate enterprise strategy into high-impact transformation projects that drive competitive advantage and long-term value creation.
  • Navigate complex cross-project dependencies and escalations with strategic insight, establishing clear resolution pathways that keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Shape organizational direction by ensuring transformation outcomes directly advance strategic priorities and create measurable business value.
Project Leadership & Execution
  • Lead transformation initiatives from conception through delivery, orchestrating sequencing, milestones, and portfolio priorities to maximize enterprise impact.
  • Apply advanced improvement methodologies—Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement tools to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, and drive sustainable operational excellence.
  • Harness data analytics and performance dashboards to uncover insights that inform executive decision-making and accelerate results.
  • Develop compelling business cases and ROI models that quantify impact and build stakeholder confidence in transformation initiatives.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations that shape enterprise strategy and drive organizational decisions.
  • Establish governance frameworks that embed improvements into organizational DNA, ensuring accountability and sustained performance gains across the enterprise.
Communication & Change Leadership
  • Build authentic relationships across all organizational levels—from C-suite to frontline teams—using emotional intelligence, influence, and genuine engagement to drive adoption and commitment.
  • Champion change initiatives by developing compelling narratives, engaging stakeholders at every stage, and supporting teams through transitions with empathy and clarity.
  • Coach and mentor consultants and leaders on change management principles, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen enterprise-wide adoption and capability.

  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover hidden opportunities, anticipate risks, and deliver measurable results that exceed expectations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A degree in nursing, healthcare administration, organizational development, human factors, a science degree, business administration, industrial or related engineering in a related field, or similar field is preferred (with quality/operations improvement emphasis).
  • 4+ years experience in project management, industrial engineering, healthcare administration or other related field required.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous assignments with potentially conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable while still meeting goals and due dates.
Additional Preferences
  • Experience applying problem solving approaches.
  • Solid foundation and growing base of analytical/technical, facilitative, and process improvement tools/knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of effective data gathering techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed working environment
