As the Sr. Transaction Manager, you will oversee transaction management delivery for complex real estate portfolios, ensuring transactions are executed from initiation through completion with strong financial discipline, stakeholder coordination, and service quality. This role provides portfolio-level transaction oversight, strategic planning support, process leadership, and guidance to transaction team members while helping clients achieve their real estate objectives. As a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Advisory Group, the Sr. Transaction Manager will be dedicated to one or more of Cushman & Wakefield’s most dynamic client accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with peers and the account team to support a client's strategic real estate vision. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 106,250.00 - $125,000.00
