Summary

Develops and implements Training and Development programs for Pierce Manufacturing and Frontline Communications team members. Supports the design and deployment of strategic learning programs across the organization, including technical manufacturing training (safety, welding, fabrication, front line assembly, paint, forklift/material handling, etc.), training strategy, onboarding, upskilling, and program design.

Location and Travel

This role is onsite at our Pierce Manufacturing facility in Bradenton, Florida, with travel to our Frontline Communications facility in Clearwater, Florida.

Your Impact
  • Designs, develops, and delivers curriculum, courses, and materials across various training media.
  • Assesses training requirements and collaborates with production leaders to develop targeted programs.
  • Creates online learning modules and instructor-led training.
  • Tracks learning progress within the LMS and manages training documentation.
  • Coordinates with external vendors and internal stakeholders for program customization and delivery.
  • Participates in industry and internal development initiatives.
  • Supports training event coordination, on-the-job training, and new hire orientation.
  • Maintains documentation standards and contributes to knowledge repositories.
  • Participates in budget management and ensures compliance with record-keeping standards.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Seven+ years in Training and Development, Management, or Organization Development.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
Standout Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Training, Education, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories, program design, and manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Experience with LMS, video scriptwriting, and MS Office.
Pay Range

$72,200.00 - $116,200.00, with details on factors influencing individual pay and benefits.
