Banner Engineering is seeking a Senior Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure global trade regulatory compliance, combining classification expertise with process improvement and cross‑functional collaboration. This role supports accurate trade data, efficient global operations, and risk mitigation for international growth.
The position reports to the Global Trade Compliance Export Manager and is classified as Exempt under the Professional Exemption.

Banner Engineering is committed to offering competitive pay and benefits, including, but not limited to:
Base Pay Range: $74,470-105,000
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

This position combines strong technical classification expertise with process improvement, risk mitigation, and global collaboration responsibilities. The role supports accurate trade data, efficient global operations, and continuous improvement initiatives while helping protect the company from trade-related risk and supporting international growth.
This position reports to the Global Trade Compliance Export Manager.
