Overview

We are working on behalf of a leader in MMICs, Modules and Subsystems for Defense applications. They have a group in the Dallas TX area, where they design and build Solid State Power Amplifiers for Defense, EW, Radar and Comms. We need an RF Design Engineer who will be based in the Dallas, TX area. The design engineer will analyze customer subsystems, help define and design products, and drive them through to production.

• BSEE or MSEE with 4-7+ years of experience designing Power Amplifiers or other circuits at the module/subsystem level, ideally for defense, SATCOM, or wireless infrastructure applications.
• Strong EMSIM/HFSS background. PA design and some understanding of thermal issues is a big plus.
