The Title Agent, under supervision, possesses excellent knowledge of all right of way disciplines, title, permitting, and documentation, with a strong understanding of property valuation, survey drawings, and alignments.
Education: Associates Degree preferred or relevant experience.
Experience & Skills: Experience as a title agent or related role, research land ownership, proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of land description and rights, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and experience with land measurement conversions.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, good judgment in physical tasks, and visual acuity for computer work. Ability to work in office and field environments, with travel as required.
Travel required; work in office and field locations; handle interruptions and meetings.
Salary range: USD $75,400 - $78,000/year. Potential for bonuses based on performance.
