Responsibilities

• Assist ROW Supervisor in guiding ROW Agents.
• Secure property access permissions from landowners and tenants.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, fee interests, and curative documents, maintaining policy compliance.
• Maintain detailed contact diaries and weekly activity reports.
• Support construction activities and document all ROW activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or relevant experience.
• Experience as a title agent or related role.
• Proficiency in land research, Microsoft Office, and land description/terminology.
• Ability to work independently, analyze records, and solve problems.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Lift/move up to 35 pounds, good judgment in physical tasks.
• Visual acuity for computer work and field activities.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform manual tasks.

Additional Requirements
