This role is ideal for someone with title experience and a thorough understanding of Texas requirements, as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing project needs!
This position is responsible for all aspects of land title research, including but not limited to, tax card research and retrieval, onsite and online title research and reporting. Responsible for preparing and reviewing Chain of Title and Limited Title Certification, preparation of Vesting and Marketable Title files and posting the files as required by performing the essential duties described herein.
