In the AWS Infrastructure Services team you will drive Data Center and Network Capacity planning in IAD, assessing demand requirements along with available network resources to determine and drive prime solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the network health, customer demand, anticipate risks, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
• Work with stakeholders (networking engineers, tech program managers, senior management) to define requirements and processes.
• Manage the dependencies and interfaces between projects and negotiate the trade‑offs needed.
• Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis.
• Take end‑to‑end responsibility for the program’s execution and success.
• Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
• Develop and implement scalable, data‑driven process improvement/automated solutions.
• Keep the customer experience as the primary focus.
• Meet/exceed Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technology field.
• 5+ years of data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

USA, VA, Herndon – $148,700.00 – $201,200.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
