Job summary

SimIS Inc. is recruiting for a senior-level contract support role to coordinate and execute NATO SACT Digital Backbone demonstrations, DiBaX and CWIX events.

The candidate will work with event directors across HQ SACT, NATO HQ, NCIA, and ACO to define objectives, build plans, and drive execution from planning to reporting. Required are a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering/Business, 5+ years in technical event planning with wireless/comms experience, and a PMP or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
• 5+ years in technical event planning, design and execution in the last 10 years.
• 3 years deploying civilian standards-based wireless communications or autonomous systems in the last 10 years.
• 3 years with project management knowledge in the last 10 years.
• PMP certification or equivalent in the last 10 years.
• 3 years of military communications network technologies experience in the last 10 years.
• 3 years using event management toolsets in the last 10 years.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally within NATO boundaries.

Responsibilities

Job Description

NATO HQ Supreme Allied Command Transformation (NATO SACT) is seeking contract support in coordinating, planning, and executing Digital Backbone demonstration, test, and experimentation (DTE) events including DiBaX and CWIX. This senior-level position requires expertise in technical event planning, project management, and military communications network technologies. The candidate will work directly with event directors and coordinate across multiple NATO entities including HQ SACT, NATO HQ, NCIA, and ACO to define event objectives, develop project plans, and manage event execution from planning through post-event reporting.

Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management
• Minimum 5 years in the last 10 years in technical event planning, design, and execution
• 3 years in the last 10 years with deployment of civilian standards-based wireless communications, autonomous systems, or community of interest services
• 3 years in the last 10 years with knowledge and application of project management
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• 3 years operational knowledge of military communications network technologies within the last 10 years (as military officer or civilian)
• 3 years in the last 10 years in application of event management toolsets
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally within NATO boundaries
