Job description

In this field-based, specialty sales representative position, you will be responsible for selling our Neurology products to key stakeholders in the Multiple Sclerosis community, including neurologists, allied health professionals, and local MS chapters.

The Sr. Territory Business Manager develops and executes sales plans for their assigned territory.

What You'll Do
  1. Convey complex clinical and reimbursement information about Biogen products to customers and key stakeholders.
  2. Utilize interpersonal skills and directed probing to identify and address customer educational needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customers are informed about available Biogen support services.

Qualifications
  1. 3-5+ years of experience in pharma, specialty, hospital, or biotech sales. Broad experience across these areas is preferred.
  2. Consistent high performer, ranking in the Top 30% over 3+ years, with achievement awards.
  3. Ability to succeed in challenging markets; experience with launches, business development, or co-promotion is advantageous.
  4. Tenacious, innovative, and collaborative team player.
  5. Focused on customer and patient needs, capable of overcoming obstacles and driving results with limited guidance.
  6. Desire and ability to contribute to the company's future success.
  7. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required; must reside within the assigned territory.
Additional Information

The base salary ranges from $128,200 to $185,900, determined by experience, internal equity, and location. The role is eligible for incentive programs, including LTI grants. Benefits include medical, dental, life, disability insurances, vacation, end-of-year shutdown, and 401K matching.
