Job summary

BinTech Group is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build and optimize ETL and analytics solutions on Teradata and big data platforms. You will work with EDST and WRA teams to implement end-to-end data pipelines and ensure scalable data delivery across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years end-to-end ETL and Analytics on Teradata platforms.
Extensive experience with Teradata SQL-based ETL workflows using bteq, tpt, fastexport.
Proficient in Unix/Linux shell scripting and Autosys scheduling.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as JIRA and Bitbucket.
Strong written, communication and diagramming skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to work with global teams.
Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

Support design, architecture and development of EDST data products.
Support Payments Analytics for WRA tools and GRADS/GTS teams.
Develop, test, maintain data applications for business units.
Lead end-to-end ETL and analytics workloads on Teradata.
Collaborate with product owners to match requirements to tech stack.
Take ownership of coding, testing and deployment for ETL apps using agile methods.
Maintain and support ETL and analytic services on big data platforms.
Act as a senior technical resource and mentor offshore resources.
Guide quality and timeliness of work across the team.
