Job summary

BinTech Group is seeking an ETL Developer to join the Data Analytics team in Jersey City. You will design, build, deploy, and support DataStage ETL interfaces and data integration processes for a data warehouse environment.

You will work across the full project lifecycle, collaborate with business and technology teams, and participate in production support and weekend maintenance to ensure reliability of interfaces.

Qualifications

• Expert experience implementing and supporting large data warehouse/data mart using DataStage ETL.
• Strong ability to design, develop, deploy and maintain ETL interfaces for data integration.
• Experience across all phases of the project lifecycle and production support.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis and design of requirements for ETL interfaces.
• Develops and maintains DataStage ETL interfaces between databases and files.
• Collaborates with application teams to gather development requirements.
• Creates unit tests and documents developed processes.
• Performs code reviews and ensures adherence to standards.
• Coordinates code promotion across SDLC environments and validates interfaces.
• Supports QA by helping define test cases and participating in testing.
• Provides status updates to leads and managers.
• Troubleshoots production issues and supports weekend maintenance.
