Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Technician for Teledyne Microwave Solutions on the Day Shift. You will perform chem-film and conformal coating processes, analyze test results, and troubleshoot issues to ensure product quality for aerospace and defense applications.

The role requires 5–10 years of related experience, a vocational/technical certificate, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires chem-film (alodyne) and conformal coating process experience.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• Knowledge of ISO and AS9100 standards.
• 5–10 years of related experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

• Apply conformal coating on PCBs and conduct solvent tests
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot process issues
• Work with chemicals, cleaning agents, microscopes, and precision tools
• Review work instructions and drawings to ensure compliance with specifications
• Set up and conduct tests on components and assemblies under operational conditions
• Record test procedures, results, and recommend improvements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain quality standards

• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma principles (advantage)
• Vocational or technical certificate and 5–10 years of related experience (required)
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance (required)

Salary Range

$62,800.00‑$83,700.00
