As a **Technical Training Engineer** supporting **Global Technical Training & Knowledge Management team**, you will be trusted to work on analyzing the technical business needs to determine the skills needed by our field personnel to define training objectives. Builds training content using clear and measurable training objectives. Delivers technical training content at an engineering level to meet defined training objectives and measures the transfer of such knowledge using prescribed evaluation mechanisms. Identifies knowledge opportunities and converts them into electronic information to build up our GTS Knowledge platform.
