• Manage allocated resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members to build a highly functioning team in a matrixed environment.
• Plan and facilitate meetings, follow up with stakeholders, and coordinate across affiliate companies to implement Workday and ramp up for the 7/1/2027 go-live.

Our client seeks a Sr Technical Project/Program Manager to lead a complex, multi-year Workday migration for affiliates covering benefits, payroll, learning, recruiting, HR, and finance. The role will coordinate executive stakeholders, drive cross-company alignment, and manage delivery partner resources to achieve a 7/1/2027 go-live. The initiative supports a high-visibility healthcare transformation with long-term impact. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a matrixed environment and facilitating meetings, tracking deliverables, and initiating workstreams to meet schedule and scope.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $48.00 to $53.00/hr. w2
